As 11-12 year olds in Class 6 at Sun School Bali, we further our journey into Yoga and Yoga Nidra, embracing challenges and refining our practice. Through deepening our understanding of  yoga poses, āsanas, we enhance our strength, flexibility, and focus, learning to push ourselves while staying mindful of our bodies' limits, encouraging a deep listening within our body’s cues. With Yoga Nidra, we deepen our understanding of relaxation techniques, exploring how to quiet our minds and find inner calm amidst the busyness of entering into adolescence. These promote wellness, manage hormonal changes typical during the approaching teenage years, and foster mental resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper self-connection.

Outdoor Education
